I live in Katy and I sell in Katy. My family is in Elyson, and most of my week is spent in Cross Creek Ranch, Bridgeland, and the master-planned communities in between — so when you ask how a floor plan resells, which sections hold their value, or what your home should list for this month, you get a straight answer backed by current numbers instead of a guess. I speak Portuguese and Spanish fluently and am happy to handle your entire transaction in either language. I lead the A List Team, which means you're never waiting on one person's schedule to see a house, work through an inspection, or get an offer written. I also work with rental property investors, so I look at every home through the lens of what it's actually worth — useful whether you're buying your first place, moving up, or selling one you've lived in for years.
