Session cookies are temporary and are deleted when you close your browser; they are used for session management.
Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set duration and are read each time you revisit our website; they enable features that work across browsing sessions, such as a "remember me" sign-in option.

We do not currently use any Targeting cookies (see Section 5); the category and its control are provided so that your choice is already in place if such cookies are ever introduced. To help keep accounts secure and prevent fraud, we assign your browser a device identifier. This identifier is generated in part from technical characteristics of your browser and device (a technique sometimes called device fingerprinting) and is stored in a cookie and in browser local storage. We use it for security, fraud prevention, and keeping your session intact, which is why it is classified as Strictly Necessary. We do not use it for personalization, analytics, or advertising.
Our website currently uses one third-party service that sets cookies: Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, which helps us understand how visitors use our website (such as which pages are visited and where errors occur). We have configured Google Analytics with Google Signals and ads-personalization features disabled, and we do not use it for advertising. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy. We do not currently use any advertising or social-media cookies or pixels.
You can review and change your cookie settings at any time by selecting Cookie Preferences in the footer of any page. Strictly Necessary cookies are always active; Performance, Functional, and Targeting cookies can each be turned on or off. Your choices take effect immediately.
Under certain U.S. privacy laws, you have the right to direct a business not to "sell" your personal information or "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise this right at any time by selecting Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information in the footer of any page and confirming your choice. If you opt out, we will no longer sell or share your personal information with third parties for targeted advertising, and Targeting cookies are turned off automatically.
If you are signed in, your opt-out preference is associated with your account and applies automatically across devices and browsers, including after you clear cookies.
If you are not signed in, your preference is stored on the browser you used, and you will need to opt out again on a different device or browser, or after clearing cookies.
What this opt-out covers: cookie-based selling or sharing of your information for advertising. What it does not change: the information you ask us to send to a real estate agent or to a lender when you request an introduction. That disclosure happens at your direction, and you control it by ending or changing the introduction — see Section 6.1 of the Privacy Policy.
We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.
