With 27 years in Houston real estate, I’ve experienced nearly every kind of market and still genuinely enjoy helping people find the right home, opportunity, or solution. I’m Sam Carratala, a Houston real estate broker with eXp Realty. Born in Havana, Cuba, and raised in Houston, I understand the city’s diverse communities and what makes Greater Houston a great place to live and invest. I work alongside my wife and business partner, Tricia Carratala. Together, we are Sam & Tricia Carratala. Tricia has been a licensed real estate professional for more than 20 years and is also a Texas-licensed mortgage loan originator.
